Omega Men’s Seamaster 300M “James Bond” Automatic Chronometer Watch
This classic Omega Seamaster 300M stainless steel men’s automatic chronometer watch, part of their James Bond collection.
It looks at home in the boardroom or the casino, yet it is water resistant to 300 metres (984ft) with a helium escape valve to release helium from the watch in the highly pressurised dive environment.
A large silver rhodium-plated case and stainless steel bracelet band are set off against a blue face and time elapsed unidirectional bezel. Luminous tipped skeleton hands and hour markers clearly show the time and a date window is positioned at 3 o’clock, all protected by scratch-resistant and glare-proofed domed sapphire crystal.
The automatic winding mechanism provides up to 48 hours of reserve power, no batteries required!
Also featured in this timepiece is the Omega 2500 caliber automatic movement, which has been certified a chronometer by the COSC (Swiss Official Chronometer Control).
Only 3 percent of watches produced in Switzerland are “chronometer-certified.” This highly coveted certification requires that the movements are subjected to numerous tests over a period of 15 consecutive days and nights, in five positions and at three different temperatures.

This is one of the automatic gents watches from the Croton Watch Co., Inc. founded in 1878 in the United States and comes with the benefit of a Winder useful if not worn regularly.
